Kulis — Data Deletion Instructions

Version: 0.1 (draft) · Effective: [[YURURLUK_TARIHI]] · Published at: https://kulis.ai/data-deletion

Faithful translation of data-deletion.tr.md. Turkish law governs; the Turkish text prevails.

There are four ways to delete your data. Whichever you choose, we complete the request within 30 days at the latest.

1. Disconnect the account inside the app

Kulis → Accounts screen → Disconnect next to the account. This deletes the access and refresh tokens for that platform and the connected-account record. Kulis can no longer reach that account.

2. Remove via Facebook / Instagram

On Facebook or Instagram: Settings → Apps and Websites → Kulis → Remove. Meta sends us an automatic data deletion callback. As soon as we receive it we record your request, delete the data of your connected Instagram/Facebook account in Kulis, and return a confirmation code and a status page URL:

https://kulis.ai/data-deletion/<confirmation-code>

That page shows the status of your request (received / completed).

3. Revoke Google / YouTube access

You can remove Kulis's access directly from the Google security settings page: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions

When you revoke access, we delete the data obtained through YouTube API Services within 30 calendar days.

4. Request it by e-mail

Write to [[ILETISIM_EPOSTA]] (or to our registered e-mail address [[KEP]]). "Data deletion request" in the subject is enough; send it from your registered e-mail address so we can verify your account. You can ask for:

  • deletion of the data of one specific connected account,
  • deletion of the media you uploaded and the transcripts,
  • full closure of your account and workspace (all posts, media files, generated content and records),
  • removal from the early-access list.

When we receive your request we send a confirmation code and a status page URL.

The one thing we do not delete

Records we are legally required to keep (for example financial records, 10 years, if charging has begun) fall outside a deletion request. They are kept access-restricted until their statutory period expires and are used only for that legal obligation. Also, if you previously published content to a platform, you must delete that copy on that platform; deleting it in Kulis does not remove the published post.
